Monitoring Company Hierarchy and D-U-N-S Changes in D&B Hoovers

Hello Community,

We are evaluating D&B Hoovers for ongoing supplier monitoring.

Is there a way to create notifications, alerts, or monitoring rules for companies contained in a list?

Specifically, we would like to know whether D&B Hoovers can notify users when:

  • D-U-N-S information changes
  • Global Ultimate (GU) changes
  • Parent company changes
  • Corporate family tree changes
  • Company name changes
  • Address changes

If such monitoring functionality exists, where can it be configured?

Yes you can monitor for these changes using the D&B Hoovers Preferred Triggers. Access your User Preferences and select Notification Settings. You can open up each category for the Triggers and select the ones you need.
