D-U-N-S registration for US LLC operating outside the United States

Hello, We incorporated a Delaware LLC through Stripe Atlas. Both founders live in Georgia (the country), and the company operates remotely without a physical US office. We need a D-U-N-S number for Google Play organization verification. Our application requires a US business address, but we only have a registered-agent address in Delaware. Can D&B confirm whether we should register using our actual Georgian operating address, or whether a US virtual business address is acceptable? We need guidance from someone familiar with D-U-N-S verification for foreign-owned US LLCs. Thank you.
