Hi, what’s exactly the difference in RA CI between Core & Core +? I’ve observed that certain information is not visible in Core. Is there any referenceable material where it’s clearly stated what’s the difference between each?

Hi @Piotr1995    In Compliance Intelligence there are differences between Core insights and Core+ insights. Here are the differences. If you will be screening a third party and need to screen the beneficiary owners as well, you would need to be in a Core+ record. Core+ has all the details in the Core plus the Family Tree Linkage, Financials when available, Details on Events and Filings.  This screen should pop up when you are adding a new record to your portfolio.  If you are unsure which to select, please seek out your Administrator for advisement based on your subscription terms.

Hi @Piotr1995   I just added a document to the Community that can help as well. Let me know if this is helpful or if you have additional questions.

What is the biggest benefit to seeing the additional details in Core+ and when would that usually be applicable?  I’m new to pulling reports for our supply chain team when my director retired.

Hi @Andrea Krueger Core is great for overall verification and validation that the supplier is who they say they are, has good ratings, and to view the ownership structure, however when evaluating Risk, the Core+ gives you the details of the impacting on the scores and events. For example, if the Core says they have an 8 SSI, which is higher risk, the Core+ would tell you why in the commentary. For instance their payments average 120 days past terms. Ultimately the decision should be from your internal Admin because contract terms are set up specifically for your organization. I would advise asking which you should pull and what are their guidelines.
