With the prefilled Third Party ID, have others found a way to properly deal with it through filtering, etc?  I can’t even sort the ID’s because some start with a number and others start with an alpha character and has added hours to filtering through the data which has been us sorting, finding the long characters, coloring and then sorting by color.

any help or ideas would be great!

Hi @Bfernandez   Thanks for the terrific question on the prefilled id. That is where your Admins would add your organization’s actual vendor/supplier id, as it can then be added as columns in analytic reporting and is available for all of your organization to use and sort. Admins can add these individually, however most use the Import feature to add them in bulk across the supplier portfolio.  As a side note, Maria S. (Product Director) says “hi” and she apologizes for any inconvenience this caused, and she will be checking if there is a way to allay the issue but also recommends entering your own Supplier IDs.

Yes we do try to get the users to enter , but sometimes they don’t since it is not a required field for users.  The number and mixing of alpha and numeric just makes it difficult to work with and highly suggest to go back to blank for clients.

Hi Brandee, I have reached out to your D&B Account Team to assist you, as well as given our Product Team your feedback. Shannon Joski will be reaching out to see if we can provide a workaround in the interim.
