Hi, I uploaded a company list via Build a Company List > Upload a List > My File Requires Matching
(file: cphi_emea_hoovers_upload.csv, 1,198 companies).
The upload completed successfully — results screen showed "98% Matched" (1,177 of 1,198 companies
matched & uploaded), and I could download the Unmatched Records fine.
However, back on the Lists overview page, this list's name shows in plain black text and is not
clickable — unlike my other, older lists (e.g. exhibitors.csv, exhibitors_part2.csv) which show in
blue and open normally when clicked. Because of this, I can't open the list or find a Download
button for the full matched results (with D&B data attached).
I tried re-uploading the same file twice more, but the new attempts only matched 0 and 11 companies
respectively (much lower than the original 98%), and have the same non-clickable issue.
Could you help me access/download the full matched results for this list? Product: Hoovers.
