CSV Upload and D-U-N-S Number Matching for Supplier Master Data - D&B Hoovers Focus

Hello Community,

I am trying to determine whether D&B Hoovers Focus still supports a process that we used successfully in the past.

Our company maintains supplier master data in an internal supplier management system (not Salesforce or another CRM).

Previously, we were able to:

1. Export a list of suppliers containing D-U-N-S Numbers.
2. Upload the list as a CSV file into D&B Hoovers.
3. Match the D-U-N-S Numbers against D&B records.
4. Download/export the matched company information.
5. Use the exported data to update our supplier master records.

I am currently researching this workflow but have not been able to locate the functionality in the current version of D&B Hoovers Focus.

Could someone please advise:

• Is CSV upload of D-U-N-S number lists still supported?
• Can D&B Hoovers Focus perform bulk matching of uploaded D-U-N-S numbers?
• Where can this functionality be found (Audience Builder, Imports, List Management, or another area)?
• Can matched company records be exported/downloaded?
• Has this workflow changed following recent platform updates?
• Are there any guides, webinars, or documentation available that describe this process?

Our objective is to periodically validate and update supplier master data using D&B information.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
