Upcoming Australia & New Zealand Data Update

Starting 22 August, Dun & Bradstreet will transition to a new data vendor for Australia and New Zealand. While the underlying source remains the same (ASIC business registry data), you may notice some changes in the data displayed within D&B Finance Analytics.

What to Expect

During this transition, customers may see:

✅ Updates to certain data values, formats, scores, and attributes
✅ New score baselines for Failure Score, Delinquency Score, and related analytics
✅ Historical portfolio data being refreshed with data from the new provider where available
✅ Increased monitoring alerts and notifications as portfolios are updated

Important Dates

📅 22 August: Live Reports will begin using data from the new vendor
📅 22 August – 1 September: Portfolio records will be updated, and temporary differences between Portfolio data and Live Reports may occur
📅 21 August (6:00 PM ET) – 22 August (6:00 AM ET): Live Reports for Australia and New Zealand will be temporarily unavailable during the transition
