Third-Party Risk Analysis Portfolio Review - deleting third-parties

I’ve set a number of past third parties for removal and imported a bulk request to set them as “no” for the portfolio. This has not changed m portfolio and the import reflects a failed record for all but one record, with a reason code of “entity already in the portfolio”, and in details, it shows no.

 

Has anyone else experienced this and any suggestions of what to do to fix this?

Hi Tammy,

Please make sure that you are conducting this action on the “Third Party Update” and not the the “Third Party Create” tab.
