Our suppliers have difficulty deciphering what they need to do to lower risk scores.  What tools are available to help them understand what they must do to lower risk scores?  Self-serve vs fee structure for support.   thank you

Hi @Kelly B   have them reach out to D&B Support, Dun & Bradstreet: Intelligent Data for Business Performance   From there, just use the Chat feature in the bottom right corner. They will direct them for assistance in understanding their scores, and steps they can take to improve them. Remember these scores weigh in insights like demographic details, payments, financials, events, macroeconomic risk, patterns of behavior and more. For example, if they pay late, their scores will be impacted. If they feel their own suppliers mistakenly reported late pay, they can address that with their suppliers.

Hi @Kelly B

There should be a ai Chat in the bottom left corner, unless your company is blocking it. Otherwise, they can use the link you have above and navigate for assistance on their own report via the links.

Hi - I cannot see it, and a supplier mentioned the same - no chat feature on that page.  I will have to use this link going forward.  Hopefully the chat feature will work the same here and they do see the option to update their company information before using the chat  Digital Service Center: Customer Service tailored to your needs   - thank you

Hi Team

I was just on a video call with a supplier; we looked in a bunch of different areas and could not find the Chat feature.  Please confirm where this can be located.  thank you

@Kelly B

@taylors

mentioned previously that the Chat feature will pop open once you are on this site - https://www.dnb.com/en-us/ down in the bottom right hand corner.  If you are using another browser other than Chrome, that might be the issue.

Hi @Kelly B   I have sent you a direct email as well. Happy New Year!

From what I am understanding is that you do not have product questions on Risk Analytics, but have questions for your suppliers and for them to understand their own D&B reports and ratings. If this is correct, they would need to work directly with our Support team and if they don’t have access to the chat feature they can:

  1. Go to https://service.dnb.com
  2. Look for options such as “Get Help,” “Contact Us,” or “Support.”
  3. Search for “My D&B Report” or “Business Credit Report.”
  4. Use the “Submit a Request” or “Contact Customer Service” button if available.

If you have trouble finding the right section, you can always call D&B Customer Service at 1-800-234-3867 for direct assistance.
