I haven’t accessed the DNB database for a few months.  I have some saved searches and lists.  Is it possible to refresh the list or redo a search but only include companies that were not in the list the last time I searched?  I already downloaded the results last time into excel and then divided them into different categories in excel to keep track of my contents.  In other words, I don’t want to use up credits downloading the same companies and am looking for an easy way to avoid doing that.

You can refresh a saved search at any time to see the most up-to-date results. Don’t worry about download credits—companies you've already downloaded won’t count against your total again. We only charge credits the first time you download them.

If you'd like to exclude companies you've previously downloaded, simply go to 'Search & Build a List,' upload your downloaded file, and select the option to exclude those records from your new search.
